Description
This notice from Dr. Nicole Alexander-Scott, Director of the Rhode Island Department of Health, was put on the windshield of my car sometime during work yesterday. I was parked outside of the Rhode Island Historical Society on Hope Street in Providence.
The notice reads:
"If you do just 1 thing to protect yourself and the people you care about from COVID-19, wear a mask whenever you are with anyone you don't live with."
The notice reads:
