This was the image I received when I prompted my 5th grade art students to create a pattern using found objects. I was quite struck by the image and by the impact Covid is having on the lives of students.

The video gives a tutorial on how to make a mask out of folding a bandana and using two hair elastics. Lina - an employee of the Providence Public Library - gives the instructions using a PPL branded bandana.
