-The Pandemic-
By: Charlotte Byon
Stock markets are crashing,
governments are clashing
If only people knew
what the virus would do.
Face masks and gloves are obsessives
TP has become collectives
First responders work all day and night,
please give them the strength for the good fight.
Wisdom for Governor Raimondo,
For there are millions on furlough.
In our governor and God we trust,
pray our economy will not bust
Worldwide blood, sweat, and tear,
carry poison we fear,
But come to find out, within is so pure,
Holds the very thing we look for, the cure.
