Description
A sign over I-95 North near the CT/RI state line reads "All non-Rhode Island passenger vehicles must stop at rest area". This is to remind travelers of Governor Raimondo's executive orders 20-12 and 20-13, which require people coming to RI from other states for non-work purposes to self-quarantine for 14 days. State Police and National Guard are coordinating to stop travelers, remind them of these requirements, and gather information.
