Description What is it all about? Like many Americans in 2020, I chose to avoid Election Day crowds by voting early at Providence City Hall. This is the photo of the line I encountered upon arrival. The line moved quite quickly; soon I was ushered inside, after having my temperature taken. I signed in, was given an ID sticker, waited in line a bit more, signed in again at the Board of Canvassers, received my ballot, filled it out, fed it to the machine, and then left. I decided to work the polls for my first time this year so as to help keep the older poll-worker population away from the crowds.
