Description What is it all about? Like many Americans in 2020, I chose to avoid Election Day crowds by voting early at Providence City Hall. This is the photo of the line I encountered upon arrival. The line moved quite quickly; soon I was ushered inside, after having my temperature taken. I signed in, was given an ID sticker, waited in line a bit more, signed in again at the Board of Canvassers, received my ballot, filled it out, fed it to the machine, and then left. Election Day at the Washington Park Community Center polling site in South Providence which housed precincts 2832 and 2834. I decided to work the polls for my first time this year so as to help keep the older poll-worker population away from the crowds.
