I&#039;m very lucky to have a view past my vegetable seedlings &amp; neighbors houses to get a glimpse of the Providence River.  For the past several weeks, I&#039;ve mostly only seen birds flying past and people walking or jogging along the road below. But as the restrictions are easing, I&#039;m seeing more car traffic back on the road as of this morning. ]]></dcterms:description>
