                <text>Refugees go through lots of difficulty, trouble, and trauma before they apply to come to the US. When they apply to come to the US, they go through a long difficult process to get accepted to come here. A lot of times they don't even get accepted and they did lots of work for no reason. But, if a refugee is accepted to come to the US, the trouble definitely doesn't end there. Refugees have to adapt to a new language, culture, way of life, and many other things. Also, some people treat them terribly and kids can be bullied in school, they could be made fun of, experience racism, and many other bad things. This is why we created a series of 3 podcasts. The podcasts help inform the community, stop the spread of misinformation, and help refugees in need.</text>

We hope this will allow people to learn more about animals and consider adopting pets in the future. Our group decided this would be a good idea for a project because animals sometimes get overlooked and are seen as a form of entertainment.
